Terms & Conditions
By entering this Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by all decisions of the Promotor (whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Competition), and to comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Competition period:
The competition commences at 10.00am on Friday 29th March 2019 and closes at 2:00pm on Friday 29th March 2019. All references to times are to Western Australian time.
How to enter:
There is no charge for entering this competition and no purchase is necessary to enter or redeem prizes.
To enter the competition, Entrants must complete the competition entry form and place it in the Competition Box provided.
All Entrants who register their details during the competition will receive one entry in the draw to win the Prize provided. See Prize Details below for details of the prizes provided in this competition.
Eligibility:
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and an Australian or New Zealand resident to be eligible to enter this competition.
Entrants are not eligible to enter this competition if they are an employee, or an immediate family member of the Promoter, or their affiliated companies
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions the Promoter is Alchera Living (Inc) and the affiliated companies are Colliers International and Clout Marketing.
Prize details:
The winner of the Prize will receive a Gourmet Hamper valued at $75.00.
The actual odds of winning the major prize or any other prize draw will depend on the number of Entrants in the competition.
The total prize pool is a minimum of AUD$75.00
Draw information:
The draw for the major prize will take place at the offices of the Promoter at 40-44 Worley Street, Willagee, Western Australia 6156 on Tuesday 2nd April, 2019 at 2pm via a random manual drawing process.
Winners will be notified by telephone or email within 24 hours of the draw and published on www.alcheraliving.com.au/news within 7 days after notifying the winner of the draw.
If the prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the offices of the Promoter at 40-44 Worley Street, Willagee, Western Australia 6156 on Tuesday 7th May, 2019 at 2pm via a random manual drawing process. The draw will be recorded and the footage posted on the Promotor’s website no later than the close of business on Wednesday 8th May, 2019.
Winners will be notified by telephone or email within 24 hours of the draw and published on www.alcheraliving.com.au/news within 7 days after notifying the winner of the draw.
General provisions:
The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of the claims and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to resolve any and all discrepancies, disputes or unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit subject to relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations. The Promoters decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Neither the Promoter nor any of its agents are responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, ineligible or incorrectly submitted entries.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations.
The Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any Entrant or Winner, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of participating in this competition or taking any prize, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise associated with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google or any other social media site or any of their affiliates, and each entrant or participant completely releases, to the full extent permitted by law, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google or any other social media site or any of their affiliates from all liability related to this competition. Participants and entrants should direct all questions and comments regarding this competition to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google or any other social media site or any of their affiliates.
Privacy:
The information on the entry form is being collected by the Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners for the purposes of the advertised competition and utilisation by the Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners for marketing and promotion of their respective goods and services via email, phone or mail.
It is a condition of entry that prize Winners agree to have their photograph taken and agree that the Promoter and/or Designated Promotional Partners may publish such photograph in marketing, publicity and promotional material without any further payment or compensation to the Winner.
All Entrants give the Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners their express and indefinite consent to contact them by telephone, SMS text messaging or email for promotional purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Promoter in writing.
